Rooted in experience, growing with Zimbabwe
Pivotal Agro-Services (Pvt) Ltd was formed in 2001 as the sole agency for all BASF agricultural, public health and specialty chemical products in Zimbabwe. We are the sole custodians of all BASF Zimbabwe — and former Shell Chemicals and Cyanamid — registrations, development data, marketing information and samples.
Today our portfolio has grown well beyond that founding agency. We also represent the American FMC Corporation, Tagros Chemicals India Pvt Ltd, Asfert Global (through Dux Agri), Microzone and Hello Nature — bringing world-class chemistry and modern biological solutions to Zimbabwean agriculture.
We sell to registered agro-chemical and public health dealers and directly to end users. Our range covers the full spectrum of farm and public health needs:
- Herbicides — for all crops and non-crop situations such as railway lines, power stations, fencing, driveways and utility stations
- Insecticides — for all crops, plus specialty uses such as mosquito control (indoor residual spraying), mosquito larvae, cockroaches, termites and ants
